About the Wedding
Renewing Vows
Zayan and Elliott eloped in September 2025 and have been living happily with their dog Beanie and two cats Shadow and Pepper in Highland Park, Los Angeles CA ever since. They are excited to renew their vows in front of family and friends for the first time with the beautiful southern California desert mountains as their background. In an effort to make the day special for everyone involved they have rented a large estate (4 houses, 14 bedrooms) to have a weekend of celebration.
Valley Center, CA
We are having the wedding in Valley Center, CA which is a desert suburb between San Diego and LA. It is about 2 hours south of LA and 1 hour North of San Diego. If you are traveling from out of state, we have enough space to sleep you. If you are traveling from LA we ask that you commute in or make other accommodations for the night. We do this not to diss our LA guests but to spend the most time with loved ones who we are not able to see as often as our friends in LA. Thanks for understanding! If you are coming from out of state and wish to stay in other accommodations please indicate so on your RSVP form. If you are commuting from LA and would like accommodations indicate so on your RSVP form and we will add you to a wait list should some of our out of state guests choose to stay elsewhere or have to miss out on the day.

The weekend
Saturday, June 26th
If you are staying with us please arrive in the morning so we can help you get settled, ideally before noon. You can rent a car, car pool or get a car service (taxi, lyft or uber) to the property. We will be having a vow renewal ceremony at 4pm with the view of the California mountains behind us. If you are commuting from LA please arrive at 3:30pm. Afterwards we will dance, eat and party and celebrate family, friends and love.
Sunday, June 27th
Join us for a Pool Day! Instead of packing a suit pack your swim suit! - The “wedding-bnb” has a beautiful pool and hot tub that we will be enjoying on Sunday. If you want to volunteer to help cook for the pool party in the kitchen sign up when you RSVP. All are welcome including LA commuters.
Monday, June 28th
Pack up and head home- everyone must be out of the “wedding-bnb” by 10am. If you are taking a car service please schedule the car service in advance to be sure we can all leave the venue on time.
Where to stay
If you are coming from outside LA you are welcome to stay with us! If you are commuting from LA you are welcome to just come for the day or stay at a hotel locally so you can join us both Saturday and Sunday. The two closest hotels are two casinos near the property but you are welcome to stay anywhere in Valley Center or San Diego. Feel free to check out local Airbnbs as well. We are not coordinating with any particular hotel so that people have flexibility in choosing their own accommodations as we know everyone travels differently.
